MELT Beauty Company was founded by Melanie and Robert with one simple belief: every crown tells a story worthy of confidence, hope, and self-expression. More than a beauty brand, MELT exists to help people feel seen, valued, and empowered through every stage of life’s journey. Inspired by Melanie’s personal experience with hair loss, MELT was built to provide premium wigs, beauty products, education, and compassionate support for those experiencing medical hair loss, thinning hair, or anyone looking to express themselves with confidence. Together, Melanie and Rob have created a community where people are encouraged to embrace who they are while rediscovering the confidence that can be lost through life’s challenges. At MELT Beauty Company, every crown has a story, every journey matters, and every person deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and loved.

Oh hey 👋🏻 I'm Jared, the creator behind @jaredhashair. From the day I got my hair system, I decided to share the entire journey out in the open. I had one goal: challenge the stigma. What started as documenting my own experience has grown into a community that's challenging stigma, redefining confidence, and held together by a little bit of glue. I'm honored to be a Founding Godfather of Crowned At Sea and can't wait to meet the people behind the comments, swap stories (or hairlines), and continue building a community where no one feels like they have to hide. After all, bald is not a hairstyle.

Alison Mann is a licensed psychotherapist and founder of Authentically You Therapy, where she specializes in treating body image concerns, anxiety disorders, self-esteem issues, and eating disorders. Living with alopecia areata since age 3 significantly shaped Alison's path into the mental health field. In addition to her therapy practice, Alison founded Aid by Ali, a platform that provides mental health resources specifically for people experiencing hair loss. She is also passionate about increasing awareness of alopecia and openly shares her experiences on social media to support others navigating similar challenges.
