After years of bad hair, low confidence, and a growing collection of emotional support wigs she's not sorry about, she found her wig life and never looked back. She believes every woman should wear her hair however she wants, with zero explanation required. Crystal brings that energy to every room, and to every sunset on this ship.

Finding the right stylist and system changed everything, but it was online education, content creators, and community that gave him the confidence to take control of his journey. The Lance that had been hiding for decades finally showed up. He knows the vulnerability of hair loss firsthand — and he's putting that experience into building a space where women never have to hide, explain, or apologize for their hair. That energy is in every corner of this ship.
