Every attendee needs their own pass. Names are checked at event entry — if a name doesn't match our list, entry will be denied. Non-refundable.

  1. 1. Price Per Attendee. The CAS PASS is $147.00 USD per attendee. Each attendee needs their own pass. One pass covers one named person only.
  2. 2. Name & Reservation Match Required. Each pass is tied to the attendee’s full legal name and Royal Caribbean reservation ID given at purchase. Names are checked against our attendee list at every event entry. If an attendee’s name does not match our list, they will be denied entry.
  3. 3. Non-Refundable. All CAS PASS purchases are final and non-refundable, including if you cancel your cruise, miss the sailing, or cannot attend any part of the programming.
  4. 4. Not Transferable. Passes cannot be transferred, resold, or shared. Name corrections are at the sole discretion of Crowned Series LLC.
  5. 5. Cruise Booked Separately. The CAS PASS covers Crowned At Sea™ programming, sessions, activations, and private events only. It does not include your cruise fare, cabin, taxes, gratuities, or anything sold by Royal Caribbean. You must hold a valid sailing on Oasis of the Seas, April 5–9, 2027.
  6. 6. Programming Changes. Schedules, speakers, and activations may change. Crowned Series LLC may refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
